Najma Treadwell

Najma Treadwell is a wife and mother of six. She resides in the city of Ypsilanti, Michigan. Najma has served as a Washtenaw Success by 6 Great Start Collaborative Trusted Parent Advisor with the Washtenaw Intermediate School District since 2017. She takes pride in reaching out to those in her community. She has also been an integral part of her local WIC Black Mothers Breastfeeding group since 2017. Najma has a passion for uplifting families in her community by providing resources and information to help them succeed. She takes pride in “being a face” not a flyer, to bridge the gap between families in her community and the resources that are available.
