Debbie Aldridge, RN

Debbie is a Registered Nurse with 40 years of experience. She spent 17 years working on OB and pediatric units in the hospital setting. The last 23 years have been at the Benzie Leelanau District Health Department. In 2019 she was awarded the Public Health Nursing Excellence award for her outstanding contribution to clinical leadership by the Public Health Nursing Section of the Michigan Public Health Association. She currently a supervisor at the Health Department and has been involved in all aspects of implementing the local Community Connections Pathway program in Northern Michigan.
