Paula K. Schreck MD, IBCLC, FABM attended the University of Michigan Medical School. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of California, San Diego. She is the creator and medical director of the St. John Mother Nurture Network, a WK Kellogg Foundation-supported innovative and far-reaching breastfeeding initiative that spans her urban hospital and the surrounding community. She is also medical director and co-creator of The Lactation Consultant Program, a unique Pathway 2 academic lactation consultant training program in affiliation with Henry Ford College. She leads quality improvement and Baby-Friendly initiatives for many Ascension Michigan hospitals. She serves as the Chief of Clinical Strategy of Coffective, LLC and maintains a private pediatric practice.
