Deborah’s management expertise spans the full range of operational functions – HR, IT, P&L, Accounting, and Customer Service in various multibillion-dollar corporations, non-profits, educational institutions and governmental sectors. In addition to visionary strategic planning, Deborah and her team at WCC also generates cutting-edge curriculum-based workshops that significantly improves overall employee performance and commitment.
Deborah proudly extends her leadership acuity to her community and has a true passion for charitable endeavors benefitting children and young adults. Deborah grew up in the city of Detroit and holds a baccalaureate of science degree in accounting and finance from the prestigious historical black college – Tuskegee University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management and Finance from Walsh College.
